What's New?

Dear East Valley Supply Customers,

It was great to see old friends and to make new ones at the NCECA '99 conference. We appreciated the huge interest in our products and were pleased that we were able to introduce at NCECA our new WHITE epoxy base, as well as, the COLOR-KIT - both things that our customers had been asking for. The response was great - thank you all.

One of the best moments happened often - our table would be swamped with people curious about our products and how to use them and along would come a long-time customer who would start telling everyone how great our epoxy is and how they were using it.

There were a number of questions that new customers had about our products. We have compiled the most common inquiries and have posted them with our answers in the Q&A section.

Thanks again for your patronage. Contact us through this site if you have any questions or comments as you use our products.

2000 brings a number of changes:

The NAME
Long-time customers will notice we've changed our name to "East Valley Epoxy". It's still the same great epoxy, just a different name!

The BAG
Our Epoxy will now be packaged in a convenient zip-lock bag - simply return the unused portion to the bag for safe long-term storage.

WHITE
East Valley Epoxy is now available in two different colors, "Natural", the off white which we have traditionally sold and a new "White". This white epoxy has all the same working attributes as the natural, but mixes to a solid, bright, white that is excellent for use with white clay bodies.

COLORS
East Valley Supply now offers a "COLOR-KIT" that allows you to easily color our epoxy. Unlike Ceramic glaze stains and acrylic paint our powdered pigments disperse quickly and evenly throughout the epoxy. Colors are compatible and intermixable. They are light-fast and, because they bond with the resin in the epoxy, they're permanent and will hold up outside in any climate. An added bonus is that they clean up easily with water.

THE PRICE
At East Valley Supply we have kept our prices constant for more than six years, absorbing several price increases from our supplier and from the U.S. Post. The latest round of increases have finally forced us to raise our prices . East Valley Epoxy is now $16.50 a pound. Shipping and Handling is $4.50 for one to four pounds. For orders over four pounds please call us for a quote at (607) 478-8178 or e-mail us. We will still not accept credit cards to further keep costs to our customers as low as possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WEBSITE
As we continue to develop this site, we are interested in receiving testimonials and hearing from our customers about how they are using East Valley Epoxy. We will also consider putting on our Web site any clear visual examples of how you are using our product. Clear photographs or slides of your work that incorporates our epoxy, detail shots etc. are the best thing to send us.
